Dr Nduka is a Human Resources Professional, with over eighteen years’ experience in Human Resources Management. He graduated as Dental Surgery from the University of Lagos and a Masters in Management Information System from the University of Brighton. He started his HR career as an Analyst in Human Resources at Phillips Consulting, where he was involved in Recruitment, Training, and Business process review. He later moved on to KPMG where he was involved in recruitment exercises, Learning and Organisational development for leading companies in various sectors in Nigeria.
In 2011, he joined Airtel Networks as Head of Talent Management with the responsibility of designing and implementing strategies on talent management, leadership and functional capability building, to achieve the overall corporate goals. He joined Forte Oil Plc in May 2015, as the Head of Talent Management where he worked in cooperation with key business & HR leadership execute, and evaluate the impact of key talent processes for Forte Oil and its subsidiaries. As a result of his outstanding performance he was made the Group Head, Human Capital for Forte Oil Plc and its subsidiaries where he was responsible for formulating and implementing FORTE’s Group HR strategies, that are aligned with the overall business goals and objectives.
In November 2018, he joined Midwestern Oil and Gas as the Head of Human Resources. His role involves developing and implementing the company Human Resources Strategy in line with business requirements. He is currently the MD/ CEO of SORESA Services Limited, a consultancy firm that specialises Organisational Strategy, HR Advisory, Recruitment, Learning and Development, and Outsourcing. An Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, and also certified on Analytics on Talent Management by the Human Capital Institute USA. He enjoys travelling, cycling and playing tennis.
