Personal Biography

My name in Stefano Scuotri, an Italian national originally born and raised in Verona (IT). After the completion of my studies in business engineering and the achievement of my master’s degree at the University of Brescia, I have spent the last 17 years in developing my professional skills in various fields and relevant managerial positions, mainly for a well-known swiss multinational company.

I have built my personal skills through complex operational rules (Total quality manager for 4 years), Market strategies in foreign Countries like Portugal and emerging Markets, sales business development of Middle East with the creation of a regional business platform for the Group and, in the last 5 years, as General Manager of the Middle East headquarter based in UAE counting 76 employees coming from 15 different Countries and operating in the Kitchen and Sanitary division. Across the years, my different rules have given me the opportunity to expand my skills in various fields like ISO and worldwide certifications, production excellency, Lean Manufacturing tools, Six sigma practices, sales business strategy and, very important, team leading skills.

Moreover, my personal attention for preserving the environment and promoting the best practices in the reduction of human footprint have found great interest in Green Building auditing and accreditations.

In 2021 I have been honoured of being selected by the UAE government authorities to receive a 10 years golden visa.
