Personal Biography

Over 20 years of experience in designing and building complex, highly scalable technology solutions for various international customers, including few Fortune 500 clients on the Java and Net platform using the latest software solutions. Sudeep has extensive experience in using the Microsoft Azure cloud platform and the Microsoft office 365 and Dynamics 365 platforms.

Sudeep has specialized in the Utility Billing and Energy Management applications developed by Inforica and has worked with many clients across the globe in consulting and implementing billing and energy management and monitoring solutions. Have Setup and grown Inforica (India) Private Limited in Hyderabad and Delhi to have a staff of over 200 associates. Inforica India is a fully outsourced service provide providing software services and business process outsourcing expertise. Subsequently he has setup and managed Inforica FZE in the United Arab Emirates providing utility billing solutions to clients in the middle east.

He has a strong background in Quality Systems especially SEI CMM and SEI CMMI as he led a team in the implementation and assessment of these processes. A Proven track record in managing multi-million dollar customer relationships: Executing multi-million dollar engagements in a stringent SLA based performance metrics environment, negotiating and re-baselining SLAs, building teams and initiating projects, interfacing with Senior Customer leadership teams, participating in stake holders and Steering committee reviews and tracking delivery of projects.

Very strong at Delivery processes and Project management processes. Rich experience of Onsite/Offshore model proven accomplishments in the last 20+ years as Project lead and Project manager and held different responsibilities. Had extensive exposure to Business Analysis, IT Systems strategy study and recommendations, leading large systems migration efforts, managing several large business critical projects.
