Shanthi RAJAN is a senior HR professional with a cumulative 30 years of experience in HR and Academia. She has taught in many Universities of repute in UAE, Vietnam, Malawi, Sri Lanka, and Malaysia. She holds a Master degree with specialization in Strategic Human Resources Management from the University of Wollongong, and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Education Leadership. Shanthi has been a recipient of few awards which includes an honor (AMCILT) by Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (UK) and a Commendation Teaching Impact Award (University of Stirling, UK, 2020) in recognition of her contribution toward excellence in teaching and learning. She was conferred the prestigious Academic Leadership Award for Academic leadership from HEF, India in 2021. She is a Senior Fellow of Higher Education Academy (SFHEA, UK), a certified S+EI coach from the Institute of for Social and Emotonal Intelligence (ISEI), Denver, Colorado and a certified ICF approved EIC Practitioner from NLP Academy. She is also a certified Associate NLP Practitioner (ANLP). She serves as an Advisory Board Member for a few academic institutions of repute. She also holds a Postgraduate certification (PGCert) in teaching and learning from UK and her Higher Education Teaching Certificate from Derek Bok Centre of Teaching and Learning, Harvard University.
