Dr. Nikhil VP, MBA, UGC-NET, PhD. AFHEA (UK) is currently working as the Program Director, SQA - Business with Accounting as well as marketing faculty at the University of Stirling – RAK campus. He is an experienced teacher with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry for more than 11 years. He has presented research papers in various National and International conferences held in India and the Middle East. His presentation was declared as the best presentation at the International conference “Global Issues in Mul􀆟disciplinary Academic Research”, held in Dubai on 5th January 2015. He also holds publications in reputed National and International journals. Dr. Nikhil, a strong educational professional, skilled in research, people management &motivational public speaking, graduated MBA from VTU and earned his doctorate from Bharathiar University. Prior to teaching, he has performed the role of a Personality & Communication Development trainer as well as a Sales Consultant in his past assignments in Bangalore, India.
