We proved yet again that Online webinars can indeed be engaging whilst maintaining social distancing! We thank Franke, RAK for giving us this opportunity to reach out and do a session for Franke, Middle east colleagues – a highly engaging session was conducted for FRANKE, RAK on 20th May, 2020 by Ms. Shanthi Rajan, Director, Institution Development discussing the impact of SEI on performance and well-being. S+EI is about being aware of ourselves and others, in the moment, and using that awareness to manage ourselves (our behavior, our responses to stressful or challenging situations), and manage our relationships with others.
